On the eve of another Christmas, 2012, time swifting going on. On the eve of another year closing, and a new beginning year, 2013.
No stopping the hands of time....
Time to rummage through the closets and attics, pull out the Christmas decorations, tree, lights, ornaments, saved from last year cards, some things new, some old, some things returned to the closet to wait another year...a little picture here and something there...just to make the house look warm and inviting...the colors of Christmas
Working on the menu for the days ahead, shopping, and re-shopping for items missed on the lists. Cards sent, gifts purchased, I'm done I think except for the cooking. Now, comes the relaxing, well, maybe
Just two quick days on the eve of, and then it is back to work and the daily routine. Not really time to enjoy or relax; even though, every year the statements made...are I'm not doing this again, next year will be different, but it never is...always caught up in the rush of the season!
